Candidate privacy notice

Sales Warrior stores your name, email, phone, location, experience, skills, password hash, and résumé to maintain a candidate database and process job applications. We also record your consent and application history.

Your profile and applications are accessible to the authorised recruitment team. Candidate records and résumés are not publicly listed. Your current profile and résumé are used when reviewing applications; updating your profile changes what the team sees.

We do not sell candidate data. We use Hostinger for hosting. Session cookies keep you signed in, and short-lived request counters help prevent abuse. No advertising or analytics trackers are included in this portal.

You can update your details or delete your account, résumé, and application records from My profile. Deletion from backups occurs as those backups expire under the operator’s backup schedule. The operator must establish a retention and backup schedule before launch.

For privacy requests, corrections, or account assistance, contact ramsingha@saleswarrior.in.

Creating a profile or submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or employment.
